Randall Smith and Corey Craig both have a long and storied career in the home building business. Both Middle Tennessee Natives, Randall attended Brentwood Academy and David Lipscomb University with a B.A. in Business Management and Administration, while Corey attended Brentwood High School and Graduated from Belmont University with a B.A. in Business Management and Administration.
Randall began his career at the age of 13 working on survey and footing crews. Corey formed his own company at the age of 17 called Traceside Properties and in 1998 not only did he co- found the Craig Company with his father Lloyd Craig, he also became the youngest Broker and licensed Contractor in the state of Tennessee building custom homes and town homes in the Franklin and South Nashville area.
Randall went on to assist some of Nashville’s largest home builders in execution of successful sales, marketing, operations and land acquisition strategies and in 1999 received national recognition by the National Association of Homebuilders, Sales and Marketing Council by being named “National Sales Manager of the Year”.
In 2001 Corey Craig and Randall Smith joined their talent and experience to form Celebration Homes. Under Corey and Randall’s direction Celebration Homes became One of Middle Tennessee’s most successful Home building companies. Heritage Homes was born from the Void both Randall and Corey saw in the luxury home market in Williamson County. This Luxury home division was specifically created to build homes of more space, style and right- size design. Heritage Homes focuses on serving the discriminating buyer, offering an efficient building process for the luxury home market. Superior consumer value is created through an in-house integrated team process from architectural, interior and landscape design, efficient purchasing and professional field execution. Both Randall and Corey live and work here in Williamson County. Corey lives in Brentwood with his wife and 3 children and Randall Lives in Franklin with his wife and 3 children. Both are very active in the community, in their church and anything having to do with the outdoors
